Bio

Ewan Shilland is an environmental scientist with over 20 years experience. He is currently responsible for co-ordinating work and maintaining databases and sampling for the United Kingdom Upland Waters Monitoring Network. He has specific interests in aquatic macrophytes and UK amphibians and holds endangered species licenses for both. He is also a very experienced field scientist including freshwater surveys, lake sediment coring, logistics and landscape photography on projects throughout the world.
